Our Story

A Different Kind of Marketing Model

We only succeed when you do. That’s not a tagline — it’s how we get paid.

Most marketing companies charge you a monthly fee whether you get new clients or not. Website developers charge you upfront whether anyone ever finds your site or not. SEO consultants bill by the hour whether your phone rings or not. Their incentives and yours are fundamentally misaligned. They get paid regardless of your outcome.

We don’t work that way. There are no monthly retainers, no setup fees, no contracts that lock you in while your ROI stays theoretical. We build your website, create your content, optimize your search presence, and staff your intake line — and we collect $100 when a new client books with your practice. Not before. That means every hour we put into your website, every follow-up call our team makes, every piece of content we write — all of it is an investment we’re making in your growth, because your growth is the only way we get paid.

We have never seen another company in this space structured this way. There’s a reason for that. It’s harder. It requires us to be good at what we do. And it means we’re genuinely on your side.

Built for Two Kinds of Therapists

Whether you’re just starting out or just burned out on doing it yourself — this was built for you.

After years in practice and years in marketing, we’ve learned that therapists who need help with client growth usually fall into one of two situations. We designed our service to serve both.

You have your license. Now you need clients.

You may be doing telehealth only. No office. No receptionist. Just you, your training, and a computer. The idea of spending thousands of dollars on a website, an SEO consultant, and a marketing firm before you’ve built a book of business is not just intimidating — it’s genuinely not viable.

Our model was built for exactly this. You pay nothing upfront. We build your website, write your content, get you found online, and staff your intake. You only pay when we deliver a new client to your calendar. You grow your practice at your own pace, and your marketing costs scale with your revenue — not ahead of it.

Starting a private practice should not require a small business loan. With us, it doesn’t.

For the New Therapist

For the Established Therapist

You’re full. You’re tired. You just want it handled.

You’ve been in practice long enough to know that marketing is a job in itself. You’ve probably cobbled together a website, a Psychology Today listing, maybe a Google Business profile. You’ve tried to return intake calls between sessions. You’ve lost clients you never had time to follow up with.

What you actually want is one solution — something that runs in the background like a full marketing team, that you never have to think about, that handles everything from the first Google search to the first booked session. You want to open your calendar on Monday morning and see new clients scheduled. That’s it.

That is exactly what we do. Set it up once. Let us run it. Go do therapy.

One Complete Client Acquisition System

One solution. New clients on your calendar. Nothing else to think about.

We are the only intake and marketing service for therapists that doesn’t charge you until we deliver results. We build your website, write your content (with you), optimize your search presence, and staff your client intake — all for $100 per new client booked. Whether you’re building your first practice or you’ve been in the field for years, we give you a complete client acquisition system that runs without you.

Why We Built This

We built this for ourselves first. Then we felt too guilty to keep it to ourselves.

When I decided to become a therapist, I came in with an unusual background. I had an MBA and had spent the better part of a decade at the second largest marketing company in the world. So when it came time to build my private practice, I figured the marketing side would be the easy part.

It wasn’t.

I knew I needed a professional website. I knew it needed to be optimized for search — and increasingly, for the way AI-driven tools surface results. I tried the obvious route first: paid keywords, Google Ads, the whole playbook. It was a complete waste of money. When you’re a solo therapist trying to compete with BetterHelp’s ad budget or a hundred-person group practice, buying keywords is not a strategy. It’s an expensive lesson.

So I went back to what I actually knew. I used AI to build and optimize my website content — a structured interview process that generated copy in my own voice, structured correctly for search and for the way AI crawlers now read the web. What used to cost thousands of dollars and months of back-and-forth with an overseas SEO firm took me a matter of hours. That problem, at least, was solved.

But intake was still a mess.

I was returning calls between sessions. Missing people who reached out on weekends. Losing prospective clients not because my practice wasn’t a good fit — but because by the time I got back to them, they’d already found someone else. I needed help.

1,200 People Applied. I Picked Josie.

I posted a listing on Indeed for an intake coordinator and marketing assistant. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Twelve hundred people applied — from across the country. The top five candidates I interviewed were all already working as intake coordinators at other therapy practices. This was not a niche role. There is an entire workforce out there built for exactly this job.

I hired Josie. And she was exceptional.

Within a short time, she had our intake process running smoothly — response times down to a couple of hours, a follow-up system that actually got prospective clients to engage, and a warm, human presence on every call and text that no automated system could replicate. My calendar started filling up in a way it hadn’t before.

“I built this for my own practice. Once it was working, I felt guilty that every other therapist I knew was still struggling with the same problem I’d just solved.”

That’s when it clicked. I had an MBA, a decade of high-level marketing experience, a working system, and an extraordinary person running it. I knew how to stand this up as a business. The only question was whether to keep it to myself.

I couldn’t.

So that’s what this is. A service I built because I needed it. A business I’m launching because other therapists need it too. And something I’m incredibly proud to be handing over to Josie to run — because she is the reason it works.

The Problem Nobody Solved

I also hired a billing person. Her name is Laura. She’s exceptional.

But here’s the thing about billing: there are a thousand services out there that do it well. Honestly, Laura does it better than most of them — sorry, everyone — but the point is, if you need billing help, you have options. Good options. The market solved that problem.

Intake? Nobody solved that problem.

If you’ve ever tried to book a therapist as a client — really tried — you already know this. You call and get voicemail. You fill out a web form and hear nothing for three days. Or worse, you get a robotic AI voice that thinks you won’t notice it isn’t human. Some guy built a platform, slapped a therapy-specific UI on it, and is out there selling it as a solution. It isn’t.

The therapists who are actually doing intake well are doing it themselves, at the expense of their own time and energy, between sessions and after hours. That’s not a system. That’s just burning out slower.

You can’t have Laura. But there are plenty of great billing services who would love to work with you. Josie, though — you’re going to be lucky to work with her.

That’s not a sales line. That’s just accurate. Josie is the reason this works. And if you sign up, she’s the reason it will work for you too.
