When we say “services,” we don’t mean a laundry list of tests or acronyms. You won’t find us running intelligence tests or handing out cookie-cutter CBT worksheets. What you’ll find here are the real challenges people bring to therapy and the ways we help.

Each page breaks down how we think about that area of mental health and the tools we use to move things forward.

Here’s what you can expect across all our services: we don’t just lean on the latest clinical research and medical knowledge (though we’re solidly grounded there). We’re also familiar with the same self-help books, online articles, and trending resources you’ve likely read. We’re not academics sitting in an ivory tower — we’re real people, just like you, who keep up with both the science and the conversation. That means you won’t get a lecture; you’ll get a friendly, conversational approach that’s also authoritative in the clinical domain.

The simple way of putting it is this: no matter what service you choose, we’re here to help you with answers, not send you off to figure things out on your own. In fact, we make it a habit to ask at the end of every session, “Was this useful?” The point of therapy here is usefulness. Every session should leave you with something concrete you can take into your life.

That’s why “just someone to talk to for an hour” isn’t one of our services. If all you wanted was a sounding board, you could probably call a friend. What we offer is different: structured, practical, and collaborative conversations that lead somewhere. We’re great listeners, but listening is only the starting point.

It’s also important to be clear about what we don’t do. We’re not an addiction clinic, we’re not trauma-centric, and we’re not equipped for serious mental health conditions that require hospitalization or 24/7 care. Our focus is on the areas listed here, and our goal is to do those things exceptionally well.
