- A chance to share what’s bringing you in and ask questions.
- A no-pressure space to see whether it feels like a good match.
This call isn’t a therapy session or crisis service.

- Our approach (conversational, direct, practical).
- Any initial questions you have about how we work.
- Whether it feels like a good fit to move forward.
What to Expect Logistically
After you request a consult, we’ll email your confirmation with the day and time.
The therapist will call you at the agreed time via the phone number mentioned in the consultation email.
If you miss the call, just text or email us and we’ll reschedule.
After the Call
- If it’s a match, we’ll send a secure portal link for intake forms.
- Prefer to think it over? Totally fine — text or email when you’re ready.
- If it isn’t a fit, we’ll point you in the right direction.
How to Prepare (Optional)
- Find a quiet spot and make sure voicemail is enabled.
- Jot a couple of goals or questions you want to mention.
- Have any notes you want to reference nearby.
